Firstly what is balanced diet for balanced diet is well-known as the property containing the right amount of all the six classes of food substance required by the organism of human a balanced diet contains 6 substance of food such as carbohydrate protein fats and oil mineral salts and vitamins in my own since I was a balanced diet is the proper combination of the six classes of food to get a proper healthy meal which which means any food we are taking in should contain at least 15% or 20% of balanced diet each classes of food should contain 20% or 15% ,each example protein should have 15% or 20 percentage composition of food substance ,vitamins should also contain 100 percentage composition of food substance, mineral salts should also contain 15 or 20 percentage composition of food substance ,fat and oil should contain 15 or 20 percentage composition of food ,carbohydrates should contain 60% percentage composition of food substance, water should contain 100% percentage composition of food substance in the body.
Balance diet must be taken in this proportion for normal balance diet must be taken in this proportion for normal growth development and all activities going on in the body.
IMPORTANCE OF BALANCED DIET
1. Balanced diet help us stay healthy and by doing so makes us resistant from disease.
2. It's helps and encourage growth and normal development of the body.
3. It helps increase possibility of growth and healthy living.
4. It also provide energy required for normal body activities
5. It prevents malnutrition deficiency disease from getting in contact into the body.
6. Lack of some food substances like protein can cause malnutrition disease called kwashiorkor to children which is characterised by a big head and tiny neck and a big swollen stomach narrow legs and big eyes.
