How I Gained Weight
Living up as a slim guy in my subsequent years, I have always liked guys with nice physique and I wanted to look like that so I started making inquiry, I started doing researches on how to gain more weight, what to eat, when to eat and so on. I would eat so much food that I'd get tired of eating.
Moving on I started watching videos on Internet , it was then I found out about calories. Calories are the energy in the food we eat, although they appear in different nutrients in our foods but they are mainly in carbohydrates. So after so much researches and understandings. I found out that I wasn't actually feeding enough in order to reach my aim so.
So I had to take at least 2000 - 2500 calories per day.Then I realized in order to achieve that, I have to start eating foods that are high in calories like rice, beans, bread, yam, eggs and fruits like banana, coco nuts, pear and so on. And after consistent times of eating, I started experiencing results, And now I look exactly as I have ever wanted to be.
So to my slim flat tommy Jesus guys out there who would love to gain weight i advise you to follow my lead and i promise you, you will get the physique of your choice... Trust Me
