The context of Easter Monday

Easter Monday is the day Lord Jesus Christ start appearing to the disciples, and other followers of Christ in Galilee. On the second day of the Ressurrection of Christ, Jesus restored peace among believers. In the book of John 20:19-23;

"On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said ' Peace be with You.....'

As we can see, Jesus started with restoring peace among the disciples, Jesus did not need a passage way to enter into the room where the Disciples were gathered due to the fact that Jess has ressurrected with a new version of body that could enter any where without the use of door or window. That's the supernatural power of the King of Kings. Hallelujah!

Holy Spirit  was never into action before the Ressurrection of Jesus, it has been written that until Jesus perfects the work of salvation, the Holy Spirit will not manifest

 At the place where the Disciples gathered together called Galilee, Jesus prayed for them to receive the Holy Spirit, the comforter( Jojn14:16).

In verse 21; ' Again Jesus said, peace be with you. As the Father sent me, I am sending you. And with that He breathed on them and said, Receive the Holy Spirit...

Jesus breathed the power of the Holy Ghost into the Disciples so they could preach the gospel News with joy and boldness. Jesus instructed the disciples to wait at the upperroom patiently to receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit after He has ascended.

In conclusion, Jesus laid down an instruction to all believers which is found in Matthew 28:18; Then Jesus said, all authority in heaven and Earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nation, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the son and the Holy Spirit, and teaching to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always to the very end of the age.

The above scripture exhibit the last words of Jesus here on Earth to believers, he made a promise that He will be with us always..

Happy Easter Monday
