Simple fried rice recipe

Ingredients

Rice

Chicken or beef

Onions

Salt

Pepper

Maggi 

Cooking butter

Curry

Fried rice seasoning (optional)

Carrot

Green peas

Green beans

Sweet corn

Green pepper

 Yellow pepper 

Red pepper

Sausage(optional)

Liver (optional)

Directions

1.Prepare your meat or chicken to taste

2.parboil your rice for 8-10mins, wash and place back in the pot

3.add you seasonings(salt, maggi, pepper, onions, curry, fried rice seasoning, and any other seasoning of your choice)

4.Add your meat or chicken stock, cooking butter and stir

5.leave to cook

6.In another pot or pan, add your vegetable oil, fry your chicken or meat, remove and kept till serving time

7. With the same oil, fry your sausages and liver, add you already sliced vegetables and season to taste

8 when the rice is ready add your stir fried vegetables and fry your rice, 

9.your delicious fried rice is ready.....serve hot and enjoy with a chilled drink and water
