It is advisable that we drink water first thing when we wake up in the morning, this is because water is so important ant to the body but too much if everything, even water can be unhealthy. So how do we know that our water intake is sufficient or too much?
Though our water intake varies depending on how hot the day is and how stranous out daily activities are, but on a normal day, we are to take about 1.5 litres of water daily. This water also includes the little amounts of water we obtain form our foods and other consumables.
