Put the flour in a bowl (according to the amount you want to make), add the yeast, ground nutmeg, sugar (according to your taste) and salt and mix together. Add a little amount of water and mix by hand until the ingredients are evenly mixed. Keep mixing till it is smooth and not watery to flow off a spoon. Cover the bowl with Aluminium Foil and make sure it's airtight. Leave to rise for about 40 to 45 mins. For you to know it's okay to fry, the mixture should contain air bubbles. Pour some vegetable oil into a deep pot and allow to heat up. Make sure the oil is hot enough then scoop the mixture into deep pot using your hand. Scoop more as the pot can occupy but avoid overcrowding. Once the puff puff turns Golden brown, take it out and place in a sieve. It's all done.
