3. Garlic: I know many of us don’t like garlic, even in our foods. But it’s very right and healthy to add them to your food. Even if it’s a little, just make sure they are in your food.
4. Yoghurt: I know so many people will be happy seeing this. Smiles, it’s a nice thing to buy. Yoghurt is a very healthy thing to take, it’s a great source of vitamin D. mind you, we are talking about the rich content yoghurt and not the usual ones you take that causes sickness.
5. Turmeric: it has been a key ingredient to many foods, it fights against bacteria that causes sickness in the body.
