1.mix baking soda with milk to get a thick paste: Apply the paste on your elbows and knees and rinse after some minutes.do this two times a week for some month.
2. Aloe vera and milk it helps make the skin supple. get a fresh aloe vera leaf and scrap the gel out with a spoon and mix it up with the milk and apply on your elbows and knees for some minutes and rinse with cold water.
3. Lemon juice.apply the juice of a lemon on your elbows and knees and massage gently leave it for 15 minutes rinse with warm water.
